I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the ferry terminal. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and new-looking bathroom. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was made to order.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located just opposite the water bus stop, making it extremely easy to explore Venice and other nearby islands. It is also close to a mall with normal prices, allowing for easy access to shopping and dining options. the rooms are clean and spacious, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing maps and suggestions for sightseeing. The breakfast offers a variety of options including fresh croissants, fruit, yogurt, and hot beverages.
One negative aspect mentioned by a guest was that the air conditioning in the room was not working properly.

Conveniently located opposite public boat station. Well maintained with spacious, clean rooms and Venetian decor. Adequate breakfast with freshly brewed coffee. Friendly front desk staff. Trendy area with plenty of nice restaurants and cafes nearby.

The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the Lido Vaporetto station. The area was quiet and peaceful at night, allowing for a restful sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs. The room had a stunning view of St Marco, and it was impeccably clean, especially the bathroom. The breakfast served was delicious, with high-quality ham and pastries. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, nice service, and comfortable amenities.
